Captive Delivery

We take pride in ourselves and in our friendly delivery service. That’s why all of our customer care specialists are easily identifiable with an ID badge and a company shirt. Upon arrival at a home or facility, our customer care specialists will clearly identify themselves and our company, announce who they have a delivery for and ask for an authorized caregiver to sign for the medications.

New orders, urgent medications and changes are our priority. These medications are generally delivered the same day while refills are available for next day delivery,
unless otherwise requested.

OnePoint Patient Care has a captive fleet of vehicles and customer care specialists. This gives us the flexibility to schedule customer care specialists and route or re-route medications according to your needs as they may change. We offer special STAT service which guarantees delivery within two hours and an ASAP service which guarantees delivery within four hours. Both of these services should be reserved for urgent and critical medical needs.

All of our medications maintain a chain of custody via our pharmacy delivery system. Each order is assigned to a driver and electronically logged out which enables us to know who has your medication and what time they left the pharmacy. Additionally, GPS technology allows us to let you know where a driver is at any point in time.

As an added service, for those whose orders are called in late in the day or evening, our customer care specialists will call to confirm any deliveries expected to be made after 8pm. If the patient and/or caregiver prefer the medication be delivered the next day, we will schedule for the next day.

Our Customer Care Specialists share the same extensive hours as our pharmacy team. We believe that our dispatch and delivery organization are equally critical to your pharmacy experience.

Our captive delivery organization is available to support you every day of the week including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Additionally, a dispatcher is on call 24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
